Exhibit At The Winter Fair 

The 40th Royal Ulster Winter Fair will take place on Thursday 10th December 2026. 

Applications for 2026 will open mid August.

Trade Stand Prices 
Eikon / Logan Hall general stands - £68.95+ vat per sqm
Large Machinery stands - £55.20 + vat per sqm

Please note that VAT (20%) is payable on all stand space including those located outside the UK. All exhibitors must provide a risk assessment for their stand and provide proof of insurance.

Application Process

If you are a previous exhibitor from 2025, we will be in contact with you via email in mid August.  Applications from previous 2025 exhibitors must be returned before 25 September 2026.  After this date space will be offered to new exhibitors.

New Exhibitors
Once applications open (mid August) please complete an Expression of Interest.  You will be contacted as soon as we have a space to offer you. Once we confirm a stand space with you an invoice will be issued and payment is due by return.  There is no closing date for applications.  

Warning to all trade stand exhibitors - if you receive any correspondence claiming to give you a free listing for the Show (eg. International Fairs Directory or anything else like this) please ignore. This is not from the Royal Ulster Winter Fair organisers.
